On the 21st of September Zoo Accounting & Business Solutions hosted our first Golf Day at The Welcombe Golf Club. Our aim was to raise vital funds for two amazing local charities: Libby Mae’s Little Angels and The Myton Hospices.
Zeta Hewings, Director of Zoo Accounting, said “It’s a privilege to donate our time and resources to raise vital funds for two incredible charities that carry out crucial work every year. We plan on making the event a success and aim to raise as much money as possible for both charities as well as raising awareness of the fantastic work they both do.”
Libby Mae’s Little Angels was founded in 2013 and help to save babies lives across the Midlands by raising funds to support all 18 neonatal units in the region. The charity supports the necessary medical equipment needed to look after babies, ranging from: ventilators to aid breathing, incubators to keep babies warm, through to infusion pumps for fluids and monitors.
We’re extremely proud to announce that our first Charity Golf Day raised… £5,869.83!
This means that The Myton Hospices and Libby Mae’s Little Angels will each receive £2,934.92!

We’re great at numbers but awful at golf, your expertise was definitely needed and made the day un-fore-gettable! (We still can’t believe how many times you balanced on that ball! ?)
