Alcester based Zoo Accounting & Business Solutions are hosting their first Golf Day at The Welcombe Golf Club on the 21st of September, aiming to raise vital funds for two amazing local charities: Libby Mae’s Little Angels and The Myton Hospices.
Zeta Hewings, Director of Zoo Accounting, said “It’s a privilege to donate our time and resources to raise vital funds for two incredible charities that carry out crucial work every year. We plan on making the event a success and aim to raise as much money as possible for both charities as well as raising awareness of the fantastic work they both do.”
Libby Mae’s Little Angels was founded in 2013 and help to save babies lives across the Midlands by raising funds to support all 18 neonatal units in the region. The charity supports the necessary medical equipment needed to look after babies, ranging from: ventilators to aid breathing, incubators to keep babies warm, through to infusion pumps for fluids and monitors.
Charlotte Sharratt, founder of Libby Mae’s Little Angels, said: “We are honoured to be supported by Zoo Accounting at their golf day this year, any funds that they raise for us will help us to continue our work supporting the neonatal units in the midlands and help save more babies lives.”
The Myton Hospices were founded in 1982 and provide high-quality, specialist care to people whose conditions no longer respond to curative treatment, from diagnosis to death. They aim to meet their physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs and ensure their families are supported both through and after this difficult time. We are also committed to training, supporting and encouraging other care providers to practice good palliative care.

We need to raise £9.1million each year to continue to provide our services, free of charge, to terminally ill patients and their families across Warwickshire. And we can’t do it without the amazing support of event, companies and supporters like you.
